Privacy Policy

1. Overview

P&T Law ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through pntlegal.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site only and does not cover information exchanged after a formal attorney-client engagement, which is instead governed by our engagement agreement and professional confidentiality obligations.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any message content, when you:

• Contact us by phone, text, or email using the details on our Contact page;
• Submit the exit-intent newsletter signup form; or
• Otherwise correspond with us.

We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on the Site. The Site does store one small piece of technical data in your browser's local storage — your selected display language (English or Spanish) — so the Site remembers your preference on return visits. 3. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, schedule and prepare for consultations, send requested materials, and, if you opt in, send occasional updates about patent and trademark law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Confidentiality

Information shared before an attorney-client relationship is formed is not automatically privileged. Once you become a client, information related to your representation is protected under applicable attorney-client privilege and professional confidentiality rules, and is handled separately from general marketing inquiries.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

The Site is hosted using Cloudflare's infrastructure, which may process standard connection data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes as part of delivering the Site to you. We do not share your submitted contact information with these providers beyond what is necessary to operate the Site.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through the Site. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending highly sensitive or confidential information by email or text until an attorney-client relationship has been formally established.

7. Your Choices

You may unsubscribe from any email updates at any time using the link provided in those emails, or by emailing us directly. You can also clear your browser's local storage at any time to remove the saved language preference.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
