Cookie Policy

1. What This Policy Covers
This Cookie Policy explains how P&T Law uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies on pntlegal.com (the "Site").
2. What We Currently Use
The Site does not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not currently run analytics software. The Site uses one strictly functional piece of browser storage:
- Language preference (localStorage): When you toggle between English and Spanish using the language switch in the header, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the Site displays your preferred language on future visits. This is not a traditional cookie and is not transmitted back to our servers — it stays on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
Your browser or our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may also process minimal, session-level technical data — such as IP address — automatically as part of delivering web pages and protecting the Site from abuse. This is standard web infrastructure behavior rather than a tracking cookie we control.
3. If This Changes
If we add analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, provide a consent mechanism before those cookies are set.
4. Managing Browser Storage
You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser's privacy or settings menu. Doing so will reset your saved language preference to your browser's default language on your next visit.
