Pricing & Consultations

We provide flat-fee pricing based on the level of complexity of your invention: low; medium; and high.

We charge $150.00 for an initial consultation with our consulting patent attorney, Tom LaGrandeur. We do so simply because we cannot afford to waste our time with potential clients who simply lack the resources to seek professional Patent and Trademark representation. We will apply the consultation fee to any subsequent services, so it essentially is free if you choose to use our services.
